  7. Tadalafil

It should be noted that these ingredients are effective under a doctor’s supervision. However, some people may be at risk of developing side effects like high blood pressure, stroke, and heart attack when taking them without proper medical guidance.

Furthermore, patients with heart problems and kidney problems should avoid using these products to avoid any further complications.
